We like to keep things simple. First time clients are asked to pay at least 50% of their bill up front before any work can begin. For regular clients the process is as follows:

    Reviewing notes from our meeting we develop a quote that estimates how much time/resources we need on our end to provide the right product.

    The best part.. now we perform the work according to what is outlined by our quote. We show up on time. We deliver on time.

A) Do you bill hourly or per project?
A) It depends on the project. One-off services are typically quoted per project while recurring services usually are invoiced using an hourly breakdown.
B) Can we put you on retainer?
B) Of course, our aim is to provide our services on a monthly basis. This gives us the ability to do better & better work each month as we get more familiar with your needs.
C) How much does ________ service cost?

D) Do I need to pay upfront?
D) First time clients must pay a minimum of 50% of their quote total before work can begin. After the first project we are usually comfortable with receiving payment after work has been completed ( Net 30 – 5% Interest Compounded Monthly On Late Bills ) .
E) Are there cancelation fees for shoots or meetings?
E) If notice is given 7+ days prior to a rescheduled/canceled shoot or meeting we do not charge a fee.

If notice is given within 6 days or less of scheduled & agreed upon shoot we charge a rescheduling/cancelation fee of $100. Time is money afterall.
